Blackpool-based charity Here 4 U supports people in its local area affected by mental health, isolation or loneliness, including young people who are in, or have recently left, care. The support it offers is tailored to clients’ individual needs, with drop-in sessions and support groups available, as well as a dedicated support line and one to one advice. Here 4 U was established in November 2016 and it took over its current premises in May 2017.
Marc, Executive Director of Here 4 U, said: “Our energy supply is very critical to us. All of our client records are kept on computers and our telephone system operates via the cloud. These services allow our clients to get in touch and access the support they require.
“As a charity, every penny we receive in charitable donations is very valuable to us, so we need to ensure that every penny is spent carefully. It is also important to us that we are with an energy supplier who shares the same values in regards to value for money. Without this, we wouldn’t be able to offer our clients the support they need.
“I spoke to a number of companies when I was looking for an energy deal and dealt with some very rude and obnoxious reps, one of which said I was ‘making the biggest mistake of my life’ when I informed them I wouldn’t be choosing them as my supplier. In fact they were making the ‘biggest mistake’ because it just proved to me that I had made the right decision choosing Utilita. The customer service I have received from them so far has been top notch and they really understand the challenges we face as a small business.”
Don't just take our word for it
“It is also important to us that we are with an energy supplier who shares the same values in regards to value for money.”
