No. Smart meters are installed in Pay As You Go mode by default which means you will no longer require paper bills. 

With £15 Emergency Credit, there’s no need to worry about topping up during void periods. If you do need to add credit, it’s simple — top-up online without even visiting the property. Generate top-up codes and e-cards easily through the Housing Portal or directly on our website.

You can submit and track void property switches via the online Housing Portal.
